Shipping Options and fees

• Most orders shipped with 24 business hours of receipt.
• Orders received after 4:30pm (EST) on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday morning.
• At checkout you will be given shipping options that apply to your order’s shipping address. All estimated in-transit times below do not include the day of pick-up, weekend days & Federal Holidays.
• Be sure to provide us with your e-mail address at Check-Out. The Tracking Number for your order will be automatically emailed to you once your shipment has been picked up by the carrier.
• If you were logged into your account at the point of purchase, you can also log back in at any time to track your order.

Standard UPS Ground Service Map:

We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver’s discretion whether or not to require a signature.

This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
