Even if your country of residence is not the United States, your information may be shared with A&Z PHARMACEUTICAL, INC dba D-CalUSA.com (“D-CalUSA.com”), which provides the technical infrastructure for the D-CalUSA.com Platform(s); product development and maintenance; payment processing; customer support; and other business operation services to other D-CalUSA.com entities. The data sharing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us and is based on our legitimate interests in providing the D-CalUSA.com Platform(s) globally.

FitnessFirstUSA.com does not own or control any of these third-party partners and when you interact with them, you may be providing information directly to the third-party providers, D-CalUSA.com, or both.
