Returns

We do not accept the return of any merchandise that has been opened.
Unopened merchandise returned in perfect, sellable condition can be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price – not including original shipping fee – within 30 days of the purchase date. Absolutely no product returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse at the customer’s expense. We recommend that you do insure your Return Shipment to ensure proper delivery.

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) Must Accompany All Returns.
Your Return Authorization Number must be clearly indicated on the exterior of the case in which your return is packed – please do not deface the actual product. Our warehouse will refuse receipt of any returns that are not clearly marked with a Return Authorization Number. No Returns will be accepted on All Overstock & Inventory Reduction Specials
“Clearance” Overstock & Inventory Reduction Specials are clearly marked as such on our website. All Sales on These Products are Final.
